  6.     - machines view
  7.         * new way to create machines. machines are listed in gear/index.txt
  8.         * led shows if a machine is doing something or not
  9.         * mute generators by clicking the led
  10.         * solo generators in popupmenu or by double clicking the led

  12.     - sequence editor
  13.         * a sequence track is automatically created for new generators 
  14.           (you can still use ctrl+enter to create more)
  15.         * return key selects the pattern under cursor and switches to pattern editor
  16.         * F6 sets play position to current row        
  17.         * ctrl+i inserts a row on all track
  18.         * ctrl+d deletes a row on all tracks
